/weather <city name>
/forecast <city name>

<city name> can be either in the city's language or in English. For example, all these names will work for Guangzhou: Guangzhou, Canton, 广州, or 廣州.

It also possible to specify the country: searching for Vienne will actually show Vienna/Wien in Austria, if you want to know the weather of Vienne in France, try /weather Vienne, France.
